Role Overview

We are seeking a Biostatistician and Bayesian Modelling Specialist to join our team and aid us in our aims:

• Revolutionising clinical and preclinical research: Collaborate with biotech and pharmaceutical clients to bring drugs to market faster, reduce the burden on patients in trials, and help minimise the reliance on animal testing by developing advanced simulation models and optimised experimental designs.
• Advancing precision in experimental design: Leverage Bayesian modelling techniques to uncover heterogenous treatment effects, improve trial efficiency, and provide actionable insights that drive impactful decision-making in drug development.
• Shaping the future of smarter experimentation: As one of the first employees at Danu Insights, you’ll contribute to building world-class tools that transform how research is conducted, defining innovative approaches that ensure faster, more efficient, and ethically sound R&D processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced Statistical Modelling: You will design and implement Bayesian statistical models that incorporate our customers’ domain expertise, simulator models, data sets, and requirements, with our experimental design optimisation pipeline.
• Collaborate with Clients and Teams You will lead individual projects; working cross-functionally and alongside customers, their experts, and the Danu team.
• Drive Innovation; Take Ownership: You will have the opportunity to ****dive deep into specific sectors to identify and understand problems and opportunities for innovation; then champion your ideas internally and externally.
• Contribute to Company Growth: As one of the first employees at an early-stage startup, you’ll shape our company culture and best-practices, as well as represent Danu at industry events.
